Institutions subscribe to Kudo Class under specified per-student annual or monthly tiers. Educational institutions remain the sole owners of all student records and administrative data entered into the system.
Kudo Class commits to a 99.9% platform availability guarantee for all active web and mobile application endpoints, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance.
All active subscriptions include regular software updates, security patches, and direct helpdesk support during institutional working hours.
